Before we quote your quilt, 6 things matter to us. Size of Quilt, Material, Pattern, Thread, Batting, and Backing. They are described below:, Feel free to bring your quilt in for us to look at and give you a quote to quilt it !
Size of Quilt
The size of your quilt over all, Your quilt needs to be square on all sides. There will be a charge if we need to square up the quilt.
We will quilt 100% cotton. We would suggest that you buy your material from your local quilt shop, JoAnn Fabrics, Etc. We use "The Door Mouse" in Bettsville, Ohio. You want to buy quality material because of the amount of time you will spend making your quilt top and you don't want it to tear apart tomorrow!
A lot depends on what pattern you want on your quilt and how much quilting you want. If you would like edge to edge, meandering, feathers, cross hatching, etc. We have OVER 900 edge-to-edge patterns in stock to chose from.

There is a lot of different styles of thread. We generally use Superior Thread on our machine. But you can choose a solid color, variegated, glow in the dark, even Metallic threads. Yes, we DO quilt with Metallic thread.
We use Hobbs 80/20 (bleached or unbleached), Tuscany or Bamboo. If you want to supply your own batting then please call first to see if we can quilt it. We do reserve the right to refuse any batting we think is hazardous to our health! This would include some brands of batting that have very loose fibers.
We do offer some backing at 120" and 108" widths. If you choose to supply your own backing, the seams MUST be pressed OPEN or you will incure a $25 charge for us to do this.
